GCU’s current move-in page lists:

• Monday, August 31: 6 a.m.–10 p.m.
• Tuesday, September 1: 6 a.m.–10 p.m.
• Wednesday, September 2: 6 a.m.–noon

Curbside appointment rules

• Use the assigned 45-minute curbside appointment.
• Arrive as close to the appointment start as possible.
• Print the move-in voucher from the Housing Portal and keep a screenshot offline.
• Keep one vehicle near the building unless staff directs otherwise.
• Avoid moving trucks longer than 20 feet unless current instructions specifically allow them.
• Follow the assigned route and staff directions rather than another student’s route or appointment.

Move-in procedures can change. The Housing Portal voucher, current move-in page and staff directions override an old screenshot or guide entry.

Before leaving home

• Screenshot the voucher, appointment, assigned route, housing assignment and important phone numbers.
• Keep medication, identification and valuables with you rather than inside an unattended moving vehicle.
• Charge phones and portable batteries.
• Confirm fuel, charging, rideshare or family transportation.
