Laundry

1. Use the laundry app and payment instructions posted on the assigned machines.
2. Confirm the correct machine number before paying or starting a cycle.
3. Set a timer and remove clothing promptly.
4. Report a broken machine using the current instructions posted in the laundry area.
5. Do not leave valuables unattended.

Laundry payment and app instructions can differ by machine or building. Follow the instructions posted on the assigned machines, confirm the payment method before starting, and ask Residence Life when the posted process is unclear.

Mail and packages

• Use the exact address format assigned to your residence.
• Include the student name and any required mailbox or unit information.
• Wait for the current GCU package notification before going to collect an item.
• Bring the identification required by the pickup location.
• Keep and return the mailbox key.
• Contact the carrier when tracking says delivered but GCU has not yet processed or notified you.
