• Spring move-in: January 3, 2027

• Summer Break begins: April 26–May 2, 2027

Before winter break

• Confirm every final and submission.
• Read housing closure and checkout instructions.
• Take valuables, medication and important documents.
• Clean the room, remove trash and confirm travel.
• Check spring registration, account balance, aid and holds.

Before returning for spring

• Confirm every course, section, time and room.
• Open available Halo courses and read announcements.
• Confirm housing access and January arrival instructions.
• Test email, Portal, Halo and MFA.
• Refill prescriptions and update the semester budget.
