Complete the pre-departure checklist

Open the GCU Student Portal and finish every personalized checklist item.
Confirm official transcripts, financial-aid documents, holds and unexplained account balances.
Confirm the housing assignment, bed space, roommates, meal plan and move-in appointment.
Save the move-in voucher and appointment details somewhere available offline.
Confirm every class, section, room and delivery format.
Plan transportation to campus and the exact move-in route.
Review current prohibited-item rules.
Coordinate appliances, cleaning supplies, cookware and shared furniture with roommates.
